Rendez-vous, pour chaque exposition, à un Takeover Thursday éclectique à la Konschthal. Ces événements sont l'occasion de redécouvrir les expositions à travers le regard de nos invités. Chaque soirée est unique - imaginée par des intervenants œuvrant dans des domaines variés, elle s'articule autour de thématiques changeantes, liées aux expositions. À travers des concerts, lectures, rencontres, performances, ateliers, et bien plus encore, la Konschthal se réinvente.

L'exposition état bruit explore le bruit comme une matière sensible, sociale et politique. Au-delà de sa dimension sonore, le bruit devient un outil derésistance, un espace de négociation et une manière d'habiter le monde. À travers des œuvres qui interrogent l'écoute, la parole et les rapports de pouvoir, l'exposition invite à repenser notre relation au son et à ce qu'il rend audible ou, au contraire, invisibilise.

Pour cette édition, la Konschthal invite Géisskan Kollektiv et Tintin Patrone à imaginer une soirée où parole, écriture et expérimentation sonore se rencontrent. En amont du Takeover, Géisskan Kollektiv organise un atelier d’écriture slam de 4 jours où les participant·es sont invité·es à explorer l’environnement par les sens, le traduire en mots, pour enfin les faire voyager de leurs voix. Lors du Takeover, tout en slam, les créations nées d'une conception collective vous seront partagées. L’atelier se ponctuera par une performance collective, portée par la présence de la chanteuse Carmen Luisa, qui sera présentée au public lors de la soirée du Takeover Thursday.

Le slam est une pratique d'art qui, sans accessoire, permet de s'exprimer au sein d'un outil où l'égalité du temps de parole assure le droit à l'expression de tous.

En dialogue avec cette performance collective, STÜHLE, la nouvelle création de Tintin Patrone avec l’expérience sonore par ZarԻT, met en scène une rencontre entre une chaise roulante électrique, des chaises et des systèmes algorithmiques. À partir des sons, des objets et de ce qui l'entoure, la performance compose un récit inédit qui interroge les notions d'écoute, de mobilité et de cohabitation entre humains, objets et technologies.

Carmen Luisa est une chanteuse-compositrice cubano-hongroise basée au Luxembourg, mêlant R&B, pop et soul aux accents jazz. Nourrie de ses racines cubaines, elle donne vie à sa passion aux côtés de musiciens de Cuba, du Luxembourg et de France. Après une finale au Luxembourg Song Contest, elle lance sa carrière solo avec un premier single attendu mi-octobre.

Depuis 2014, le Géisskan Kollektiv se développe autour de l'organisation de scènes slam et d'événements de littérature performative, arrosant le paysage culturel de vérités plurielles.

Christina Koehler, qui travaille sous le nom de Tintin Patrone, est une artiste germano-philippine spécialisée dans le son et la performance. Elle explore de manière approfondie les liens entre la musique, l’art, le son et les formes d’expression expérimentales. Sa pratique artistique s’articule autour du son en tant que système culturel et de la manière dont celui-ci permet de créer des liens personnels et sociaux. En intégrant des robots et l’intelligence artificielle à son travail, Tintin Patrone interroge les conceptions établies de la subjectivité humaine et de la présence physique. À travers l’intégration de ces éléments technologiques, elle cherche à dépasser les notions dépassées de la « nature humaine » et à développer de nouvelles perspectives qui évoluent en permanence, en parallèle des avancées actuelles de la science et de la technologie.

Join us for an eclectic Takeover Thursday for each exhibition at the Konschthal. These events are an opportunity to rediscover the exhibitions through the perspective of our guests. Each evening is unique - conceived by participants working in various fields, it revolves around changing themes related to the exhibitions. Through concerts, readings, encounters, performances, workshops, and much more, the Konschthal reinvents itself.

The exhibition état bruit explores noise as a sensory, social and political material. Beyond its sonic dimension, noise becomes a tool of resistance, a space for negotiation and a way of inhabiting the world. Through works that question listening, speech and power relations, the exhibition invites us to rethink our relationship to sound and to what it makes audible, or, conversely, what it renders invisible.

For this edition, Konschthal invites Géisskan Kollektiv and Tintin Patrone to imagine an evening where spoken word, writing, and sonic experimentation come together. In the lead-up to the Takeover, Géisskan Kollektiv will host a four-day slam writing workshop, inviting participants to explore their surroundings through their senses, translate these experiences into words, and ultimately bring them to life through their voices. During the Takeover, the works created through this collective process will be shared with the audience in the form of slam performances. The workshop will culminate in a collective performance featuring singer Carmen Luisa, presented to the public during the Takeover Thursday evening.

Slam is an art form that requires no props or accessories, offering a space for self-expression in which equal speaking time ensures everyone's right to be heard.

In dialogue with this collective performance, STÜHLE, Tintin Patrone's new creation with a sonic experience by ZarԻT , stages an encounter between an electric wheelchair, chairs and algorithmic systems. Drawing on sounds, objects and the surrounding environment, the performance weaves a unique narrative that reflects on listening, mobility and forms of coexistence between humans, objects and technology.

Carmen Luisa is a Cuban-Hungarian singer-songwriter based in Luxembourg whose music blends R&B, pop, and soul with jazz influences. Inspired by her Cuban roots, she brings her passion to life alongside musicians from Cuba, Luxembourg, and France. Following her appearance as a finalist in the Luxembourg Song Contest, she is launching her solo career with the release of her debut single in mid-October. Carmen Luisa will present a 30-minute performance, sharing her musical universe and the expressive power of her voice.

Since 2014, Géisskan Kollektiv has been developing slam stages and performance literature events, enriching the cultural landscape with a diversity of voices and perspectives.

She explores the intersections of music, art, sound, and experimental forms of expression. Her artistic practice centres on sound as a cultural system and its ability to create personal and social connections. By incorporating robots and artificial intelligence into her work, Tintin Patrone questions established notions of human subjectivity and physical presence. Through the integration of these technological elements, she seeks to move beyond outdated concepts of "human nature" and to develop new perspectives that evolve alongside contemporary advances in science and technology.

Kommen Sie vorbei zu einem eklektischen Takeover Thursday für jede Ausstellung in der Konschthal. Diese Veranstaltungen bieten die Gelegenheit, die Ausstellungen aus der Perspektive unserer Gäste neu zu entdecken. Jeder Abend ist einzigartig – er wurde von Teilnehmern aus verschiedenen Bereichen konzipiert und dreht sich um wechselnde Themen, die mit den Ausstellungen in Verbindung stehen. Durch Konzerte, Lesungen, Begegnungen, Performances, Workshops und vieles mehr erfindet sich die Konschthal neu.

Die Ausstellung état bruit untersucht Lärm als sinnliches, soziales und politisches Material. Über seine klangliche Dimension hinaus wird Lärm zu einem Mittel des Widerstands, einem Raum der Aushandlung und einer Möglichkeit, die Welt zu bewohnen. Anhand von Werken, die sich mit Zuhören, Sprache und Machtverhältnissen auseinandersetzen, lädt die Ausstellung dazu ein, unsere Beziehung zum Klang und zu dem, was hörbar wird – oder im Gegenteil unsichtbar bleibt – neu zu überdenken.

Für diese Ausgabe lädt die Konschthal das Géisskan Kollektiv und Tintin Patrone dazu ein, einen Abend zu gestalten, an dem gesprochenes Wort, Schreiben und klangliche Experimente aufeinandertreffen. Im Vorfeld des Takeover organisiert das Géisskan Kollektiv einen viertägigen Slam-Schreibworkshop, bei dem die Teilnehmenden eingeladen sind, ihre Umgebung mit allen Sinnen zu erkunden, diese in Worte zu fassen und ihre Texte schließlich mit ihrer Stimme zum Leben zu erwecken. Beim Takeover werden die im Rahmen dieses kollektiven Prozesses entstandenen Werke in Form von Slam-Performances präsentiert.

Den Abschluss des Workshops bildet eine gemeinsame Performance mit der Sängerin Carmen Luisa, die im Rahmen des Takeover Thursday dem Publikum vorgestellt wird. Slam ist eine Kunstform, die ohne Requisiten auskommt und einen Raum für freien Ausdruck schafft. Durch die gleiche Redezeit für alle Beteiligten wird das Recht auf freie Meinungsäußerung für jede und jeden gewährleistet.

Im Dialog mit dieser kollektiven Performance steht STÜHLE, die neue Arbeit von Tintin Patrone mit einem begleitendem Klangerlebnis von ZarԻT. Die Performance bringt einen elektrischen Rollstuhl, Stühle und algorithmische Systeme miteinander in Beziehung. Ausgehend von Klängen, Objekten und ihrer unmittelbaren Umgebung entsteht eine neue Erzählung, die Fragen des Zuhörens, der Mobilität und des Zusammenlebens von Menschen, Objekten und Technologien untersucht.

Carmen Luisa ist eine kubanisch-ungarische Singer-Songwriterin mit Wohnsitz in Luxemburg. Sie verbindet R&B, Pop und Soul mit Jazz-Einflüssen. Geprägt von ihren kubanischen Wurzeln lebt sie ihre Leidenschaft gemeinsam mit Musikerinnen und Musikern aus Kuba, Luxemburg und Frankreich. Nach ihrer Finalteilnahme am Luxembourg Song Contest startet sie nun ihre Solokarriere; ihre erste Single erscheint Mitte Oktober.

Seit 2014 entwickelt das Géisskan Kollektiv Slam-Bühnen und Veranstaltungen performativer Literatur und bereichert damit die Kulturlandschaft um vielfältige Stimmen und Perspektiven.

Christina Koehler, die unter dem Namen Tintin Patrone arbeitet, ist eine deutsch-philippinische Klang- und Performancekünstlerin. Sie erforscht intensiv die Verbindungen zwischen Musik, Kunst, Klang und experimentellen Ausdrucksformen. Im Mittelpunkt ihrer künstlerischen Praxis steht der Klang als kulturelles System und dessen Fähigkeit, persönliche und gesellschaftliche Beziehungen zu schaffen. Durch die Einbindung von Robotern und Künstlicher Intelligenz hinterfragt Tintin Patrone etablierte Vorstellungen von menschlicher Subjektivität und körperlicher Präsenz. Mit der Integration dieser technologischen Elemente möchte sie überholte Konzepte der „menschlichen Natur“ überwinden und neue Perspektiven entwickeln, die sich parallel zu den aktuellen wissenschaftlichen und technologischen Entwicklungen kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln.
