The National Museum of Natural History Luxembourg (MNHNL) invites you to the Naturmusée-Fest 2026 on Sunday, September 13, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, at its site in the Grund, Luxembourg City.
This free event, open to everyone, celebrates nature, biodiversity, and the museum's commitment to a more sustainable future.
On this special day, the museum opens its doors wide to the general public, offering a rare look behind the scenes: exclusive guided tours of the laboratories and collections, usually closed to the public, will showcase our ongoing research, as well as our exhibitions and the museum's work throughout the year.
The festivities extend beyond the museum's walls: food, drinks, workshops, animation stands, and activities for all ages will be spread around and inside the museum, creating a lively, festive atmosphere for the whole family.

Over 25 animation and information stands to explore biodiversity and the museum's innovative projects.
Exclusive guided tours of our laboratories and collections, usually closed to the public.

Mini boat trips on the Alzette, offering a unique view of the museum and its surroundings.
